We are are a group of human resource (HR) professionals and partners who provide services to businesses, the community, and individuals who live and work in and around Anne Arundel County.
We are a SHRM-affiliated chapter and have won SHRM's Superior Merit award for nine consecutive years. We pride ourselves on being one of the friendliest SHRM chapters in the metropolitan Washington DC area.
We are dedicated to promoting diversity within our membership and within the companies our members serve.
Our goal is to promote professional development through education, information, community service and sharing of best practices. We are affiliated with the Maryland State SHRM Council and the National Society for Human Resource Management.

We usually meet on the first Thursday of the month at the Sheraton Annapolis Hotel, alternating breakfast and dinner meetings. These meetings are open to the public and include networking, breakfast or dinner, and engaging speakers on current, relevant topics.
